Who doesn't like pictures? Harness is approximately 63" long and can be mounted under the driver side fender brace area.

I think he's talking about Variable Speed Control for the fans.

yes, read on here and else where some trucks use this:

when using Flex-a-lite e-fans, was wondering if i need to still pick one up if using your harness. i have the front end apart doing a slow blown waterpump & cameshaft upgrade, since everything is off @ this point, wanted to upgrade to LS1 style or 05-up factory e-fans.

This setup does not need variable speed control, ground one of the pcm wires and both fans run low speed, ground both pcm wires and both fans run high speed.

Obviously a tune is the best way to run the fans so they are automatic...but you could just use a toggle switch.
