It should. Bear in mind though the axle tubes a 3/8" larger in diameter than the 10 bolt.

Yukon 6 lug axles - ya-g15521928
Rotors - 03 Chevy Express 2500 6 lug van
Moog 447 U-joint (verify this...)

Pads will be for an 01-07 chevy/gmc 2500 non-HD.
