To have a different mileage displayed on the cluster you have to take it into a GM dealer and go to the parts department. They have to send it away to get the mileage reprogrammed.

ive also seen some folks on ebay who do this for way less than the dealership and i suppose its a matter of taking the dealership out of the equation. Me personally, just plug and play.

Depending on what shipping to 92544 costs, would you do 200-225? For the 99-02 cluster?
