I don't think so. I'm thinking it only fits the 99's exclusively but I'm still looking into it. Both the programmer and the wires are currently pending sale. PM's from other members came in first.

Not if the other people that sent me a PM before you buy the CAI and intake tube first unfortunately. You do have dibs on the t-stat though.
