it is not much diff. from what is in my truck i have a 6.0 with the 216/220 cam i do have 1.85 rockers to go with it but the only reason y is i have soild roll lifters and there was no way to set with out adj.rockers.this cam has put some people in the 12.s with the 5.3.with a 2800 stall but with a 6.0 you could problely get way with not haveing a stll cause of the tq the motor puts out.
