I think I can fit in 2 wheels in one box and shipping per box would be about $35-$40 tops. My zip is 77584, each wheel probably weighs about 20lbs. (guess).

No trades, sorry. The window should fit any 99+ truck. I can ship it however it could be very expensive as I would have to spend $$ on making a box that was protective enough and the the size and weight would be $$$. If you wanna do a little shipping research take a measurement of your back window add about 2 inches to each side and get a quote coming from 77584. It will probably weigh about 35-40lbs. shipped. I'd do it but I'm out of town for work until Friday.
