Hey man what all would I need to complete the swap with your parts included?

 

Well, I've got the rear rotors, 2 piston calipers, caliper brackets for an 03. The rest depends on your truck -- they may bolt right on, or you might need a new backing plate. I think I've still got stock pads for it as well (somewhere). You might need new lines if yours aren't long enough. That's about all I can think of.
