PM me if you have any questions or would like to get a set.
I already have 4 sets to make so milling them up will be worth the time to go in to work this Sunday.
There are more pics on my photobucket page too!

If your wondering what these do, they clamp your front edge of your helper spring together with the rest of your leaf springs to reduce wheel hop and axle wrap for better traction. There are some really cheap alternatives made but they are made of steel and have zero bling factor.

Thanks for the compliments Fogle.
Tex, I'll have to do that!
Thanks for the reminder.

This is what can happen with the steel clamps.

I've never seen a set installed. Do they go ahead of or behind the axel. I think you posted they go ahead but it appears in the pics that they are behind the axel. Thanks, Jim

They are in front of the axle. This is what keeps your springs from seperating and slapping under acceleration.
If you leave the line laying rubber and go back and check out your burnout marks you can see where they leave black marks then none then black then none until you either get traction or your wheel speed gives you a solid burnout.

These are supposed to make your spring act like a cheap alternative to a traction bar. Loads your suspension up to stop the axle wrap and wheel hop.

I have seen someone with spring clamps on the front and back, but the front is where they are really needed.
Maybe I should post a pic from a wider angle so you ca see more of the truck.

wierd...that picture does look like its in the back. its in the front of the axil. as you can see, theres not much room for spring clamps on a lowered truck...

The pic of the clamp on the truck was taken from the passenger side.
The little bit of the tire you see in the pic is the leading edge or front of the tire. If it was taken from the drivers side it would then have to be on the back of the clamp.
I gotta go take another pic.
