What do I think? I think it sounds like one of those TV (ad) commercial, lol. No but really sound like a nice deal, some pics would make it more intresting. Thats what I think though.

I think you might be able to talk him down some. I got my 99 silverado in december also. I got it for $14. It had 65000 miles on it. It already had 20" centerlines, lowered 4/6, painted handles, full billet grill, painted bowtie, and shaved tailgte handle. Oh it also had the P-1sc procharger on it too.

 

Sorry, i SOLD my 99 back in Decembe for 20K. Then i bought my 04. i did not buy another 99...lol
