Default 01-06 Chevy/gmc Belltech C-notch std cab/crew cab
Brand new never installed with all the hardware and templates for placement on frame and install. This is a bolt in or bolt in and weld kit. It's part #6616 which fits 01-06 std cab short beds and 01-06 4 door crew cabs. Will not work on extra cabs. This info from bell tech. The part #6616 is for a whole flip kit and this is the c-notch part's only.
