sorry for the late response, but been out of town for the past days..... It comes with the stock procharger pulley and the idlers which I believe you're talking about are there on the pictures the two small black pulley type with the screws and bolts.... The injectors are there in the pictures as well.... Does not come with a tuner.....Let me know if you need anything else.... I'll take $2,850.00 shipped to Florida.... Thanks....
