Default 5.3L complete engine minus accs., running condition $250 GA

heres the story on the engine. 2002 GMC z71. buddy of mines truck would get up to just before 3/4 way on the temp gauge while sitting at idle with a/c on... he thought the motor had a blown head gasket (no mixing oil/water, no skipping), so he replaced the engine with a low mile unit from the salvage yard because he is paranoid and **** like that.... truck did the same exact thing. soo long story short his radiator was plugged up and he did a motor swap for no reason. the truck had 196k miles on it when this motor was pulled. i cannot tell you if its the original motor or not. i know that it runs excellent, did not smoke, or make noises. if i remember right i dont even think it had the common piston slap like most LSX engines do.... anyway, selling at core price. this is a running condition motor. use it as is or rebuild it. $250 takes it. no front drive accessories or exhaust manifolds. located in Warner Robins, GA local pickup only. (478)-718-3158. can get pics if you want, but im sure you all know what a 5.3L looks like.

i have the complete intake too ill throw in for the same price $250... its a '03-'06 engine with the DBW throttle body. I thought this was a '07+ and had the good intake, but its just the regular 5.3L intake. complete with all sensors, fuel rail and injectors. harness has been cut. need it gone, like, yesterday!! taking up room in the garage. trade for performance parts?
