do the valve covers not come with the bolts?

Valve covers come with bolts, gaskets, oil fill tube and cap, I don't think they can be more complete imho, I use key bank but all of my dealings on here and ls1tech "DSRE" have been with usps money orders, so that's what I prefer, thanks
