Default 4.8L/4L60E for sale!

Hey guys, as most of you know did the 6.0 swap. Well now I've got a perfectly good complete 4.8L with just shy of 90k on it needing a new home. Motor ran nice and strong when I had it in without any trouble since I bought it with 65k. I also have the 4L60E that was behind it for the last leg of its life in my truck. The trans has closer to 100k on it, it was pulled out of a wrecked truck at a local place here called Cottman Transmissions. Nothing wrong with the trans or converter. Personally I would have it looked over or even rebuild due to mileage.

Im asking for $1500 for both, or $1000 for the motor and $500 for the trans. The prices are negotiable. If you want shipped we will need to talk in depth about that. May be able to drop off if close enough or a little extra cash. Let me know. Thanks

I can already tell you alot of people are going to ask why you're asking so much for a 90k mile 4.8.

Didn't you have some mods done to it?

I kinda thought it was a little high but going to the junkyard here they want something like 1200 for just motor and mileage varies.
I had a Lunati in it but its actually in my LQ4 now. Like I said, the price is entirely negotiable.

I've got an 00 4.8 with 28k on it and a 4L60E with 73k and I put them up for $1200 for both and got a couple bites on them.

I still have them but just giving you a ballpark as to what you might be able to get for them
