You wouldnt even have to wire it up. once the actuator extends, it will stay out. But changing the tube would be better and stronger.

Since I already have the awd differential it seems like swapping the passenger side of case should be the best way to handle it...is it as simple as unbolted, bolt back up, and fill with fluid...or is there something I am missing?

I am seriously interested...I am just trying to research it the best I can before I commit to buy it man...

also do you happen to know how many miles are on the diff?

awesome. I won't be able to come and get it until next weekend if I come get it. Just still researching to make sure but it seems way better to do this than spend $600 to have mine rebuilt
