Yes, a 700r4(4L60) and a 4L60E use the same TC.

I think the LS1 4L60e and the non LS1 4l60E have differences.

Yes maybe a different stall but the TC's are the same for the LS1, LQ4, LM7 and so on. They are the same for the 4L60 and 4L60E.

the 4L60E converter for a gen III engine is not the same as the gen I and gen II converter... not sure why you'd bother with only 2000 stall though as that's barely over stock...
