I bought this as a spare years ago off ebay. IT came to me without mileage or history info. I put new front and rear oil seals, a new speed sensor, and the new plastic vent tube on top, in preparation for install. I actually put fresh gm autotrak fluid in it too, and if you're picking up locally you can take it that way (if it has to ship, obviously it has to be drained). But I never wound up using it and it's been sitting on my shelf as a spare for my 02 denali all these years. Now I am getting my old truck ready to sell since I bought a new truck so I am going to sell all my spare parts. There are a couple of cosmetic webbing cracks on the case but since the case currently has fluid in it and it isn't leaking out, the cracks are just cosmetic. Also I verified that the input shaft easily mates with a spare transmission I have on hand here so that light bit of surface rust is of no consequence.

SOLD $400 picked up east TN or plus actual shipping. Figure shipping to be likely around $70-100 depending on your location.

I also have an awd denali front diff/axle that is high mileage/probably needs a bearing kit, I will sell it for $50 if you want to make a package deal.

i have a 149 in my truck and dont really need another, but i would hate to see one go in the trash considering how difficult it was for me to find the one i have.
