Do ls3 heads fit 5.3's looking to do dod delete and cam, my heads are coming off, would this be worth upgrading. Would springs need upgrading to except larger cam. Thanks and sorry for not being fully educated on this.....yet!!

Sorry I wrote this without seeing it was only 1 head for sale. And I already knew I have cathedral ported heads and intake, it's getting late and I'm getting a case of the stupids. Free bump I guess lol
