Default 05 Cadillac Escalade 6.0L LS1 w/ 4L80E Trans, South FL

Up for sale is a 6.0L LS Motor and 4L80E Trans that was pulled from a 2005 Cadillac Escalade with 117,000 miles that had an accident. The motor is perfect, I cranked it with the starter and it rotates perfectly. Unfortunately the computer would not allow it to fire up due to air bag deployment from the accident so for safety reasons it disables the engine. The Escalade had 117k miles on it when it had the accident. This would make a perfect replacement motor and trans for the many GM vehicles that have LS motors or perfect for a custom project.

Motor comes with ECU and engine wiring harness.

Price: $1750 +Shipping if you need it. I can secure it to the pallet I made in the picture and will have weight and dimensions.

If you are interested send me an email ray@sjturbine.com or text 954 804 4779

Thanks,
Ray

That is a 4l65e trans, and the motor is a LQ9.

Clean looking setup though. GLWS

yeah was just thinking that, certainly not a 4L80E- also seeing as its 2WD, it could be a 5.3L/4L60e... only base model Escalades came in RWD, and many were 5.3L.

also, airbag deployment does not 'disable' the engine from running.

I didn't even know you could get a 5.3 in an escalade?
That looks like it says 317 on the passenger cylinder head to me though

Yup, 5.3 and 6.0 both available for 2002-2006 Escalades
