No, he needs to sell it to the person that said they'd buy it first. Which was me. I said that 2 minutes after he posted the add he sent me the PayPal and didn't even give me a day to send him a payment.

Not trying to get in the middle of this but nothing says you get a day to pay, many people say they want things and never follow through. As far as I am concerned, money talks. I know sometimes that sucks but when you are selling something it also sucks when you tell people something is sold and then the buyer never pays. SO...... IF those who payed either are getting the lights, or have received their money back then it is what it is. If someone is out money and not getting lights then PM me.
