I won this at the SA LS1truck Shootout, but can't use this for two reasons: 1) The cam that I want isn't made by Comp. 2) It's going to be a long time before I ever get around to a cam swap anyway.

Anyone looking for a new cam, or equipment of the like...this is a really good deal. You CAN'T buy a USED cam for the price that you'd be able to pick a NEW one up for using this certificate.
