Is that a Bull Bar I see hanging on that garage wall?? Mine is in my shop with a great big dent and bent bracket from my first river crossing. Needless to say, I was really po'd when I put the bull bar on and saw how much ground clearance I lost.

I have a sound clip of the truck sitting in the driveway and starting up. It is located at the top/right square of my exhaust page. The link to my page is in my first post-

Randy,
I knew about the clearance problems from the catalog pictures before it came out. What i did was drill new holes in the bracket so the bar would slide up to the top of the bracket, gaining alot of clearance. The Bar actually came out through the factory holes in my bumper. Then I sawzalled the remaining slack off so they would not dig into the earth like a plow. Mine is off right now because I needed room for my intercooler.

What kind of mufflers are those? I also like those tips. Got any sound clips yet? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
*edit* I looked back at the page and saw that they were from Spintech.

GMC SKI,
Spintech made the tips for me, what they do is cut a stainless 3" tube down the center and weld in a 3" flat strip top and bottom to produce the oval.
I am trying to get it dyno'd next thursday. There is an a really nice dyno about an hour from here that can do both all wheel and rear wheel. I would like to see how much I lose in 4 wheel drive.
I have noticed it run more consistent at idle but it is not leaner in any dangerous sense. The throttle response is unbeleivanle now- I was told to go 2.5 dual but I am so glad I went 3" the engine really moves a lot of air.
I plan on replacing the exhaust from the backside of the cats to the x pipe today. That section of pipe from the factory does not have one good section of pipe anywhere. They seem to crip it for ground clearence or something-
