Default Z06 maf like trucks?

Is the Z06 maf configured like the truck mafs? I know the IAT is integrated into it like the truck but is there any difference besides the calibration? What all would be involved in the swap? I have Edit so I would be able to change the maf tables. The reason I am asking is I have a buddy that got one for his WS6 but decided it would be more trouble than it is worth to put it in. I can get a good deal on it so I wanted to know if it would be a good investment.

I think the Z06 MAF has a bigger inside diameter which is supposed to flow better/more than ours, but I also heard that it won't make much of a difference if your intake and throttle body don't match the bore/diameter. I do think it's a direct plug in though, I've also thought about doing this, if you go with it let us know the results.

SSilverado4.82001 runs one on his truck and is very happy with it last I heard. He got one new for $75 somewhere. I would think it's probably set up like a Grannatelli. Probably just advances the timing on our truck a little. On our trucks, that may not be very good for a dry shot.

I think he just went that route to see if it offered more than the descreening w/o the price of a GMF. Plugged and played as far as I know.

I thought I read that they were the same. 01 Z06 had the screen and the 02 Z06 didn't. I thought the Z06 got the truck maf because it was bigger than what they had on the ls1.
