Z06 Cam

What are the typical gains form this cam?
Will be installing in a 2006 rcsb 5.3, 4l60e, 3.73 gears.
I have had this 2002 zo6 cam laying around for a while, debating to install it in my borthers truck. What do you think, worth the trouble?

Here is a thread over on EFIlive forum where a guy put a Z06 cam in a stock 4.8 with dyno graphs.

Yeah, I was also considering this cam for the price and drivebility for my "family car". Won't lose driveability, and will pass the sniffer in CA with it. I planned on swapping to a set of 243's also. I would be jazzed over nearly 300rwhp in the 4wd.

Honestly not a bad cam if you can get it for free or cheap, but most opt for something bigger after a while. There's definitely better cams for your truck that will not sacrifice driveability or any low end power whatsoever if you've got the extra $$$.
