hey guys new here and just found this to TTT but anyway here is what I have and tell me if I need one...
I just purchased a stock 5.3 with a stock 4l60e. This is going into my 68 pickup. Money is tight since I wasnt planning on this engine purchase. I dont know if I will cam it up or not I still need to purchase $tuff just to get it installed. What will this higher stall do for me with this combination. Only a day left at this price. Please help!

1800 stock it wont help with power but it will get the truck oving faster and drop your et's by about 3-4 tenths plus if you put exhaust on your truck it will keep the engine where it sounds awesome till the comverter locks up and then its like a normal tranny. I love my 3000 you will like the 2600 its a little more conservitave and you will still be able to tow stuff.
