Default Yank TCvs Stock TC to Flywheel alignment..

Quick question before I get too far along, does the Yank TT300 TC bolt up using the same holes used by the stock converter? I would imagine so, but from eyballing it, it doesn't look like the mounting orientation between the TC's are identical.

Thanks again!

They line up just fine ... I wasn't the one under there doing that part, I had the easy part of turning the crank, but I don't remember any cussing about that part.

Be sure to get the right size allen heads though. If you have the wrong size they will strip out.

They'll line up just fine. You may have to rotate the TC and flexplate a few times to get it right, but 1 out of 3 aren't bad odds. Have lots of tranny fluid. At least 6 quarts.

the only thing you should have to look for is the space between the flywheel and the cpnverter pegs. i believe if there is more than a 3/16"-1/4" gap you need to shim it.
