y pipe

02 simms, sears industrial vacuum, 2" pipe , sledge hammer, long flat blade screw driver.
If you already have AZ long tubes you should be able to see the inside of the cats.
Take the pipe, smash the inside of the cats out, vacuum it, then clean up the scraps up with the screwdriver. Voila! only cost you the price of the o2 simms or ls1 edit.
A vise or another set of hands comes in comes in handy. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
