i plan on trying water/alkey injection and that is the best looking kit i have seen, my problem is the small tank. if i run a small pully i am going to see alot of boost very earily. for example if i run a 11psi pully i may see as much as 7psi at 2000rpm in overdrive and less than 1/2 throttle(towing situation). that is the most likely place i will see knock so i need to spray at a prety low boost, something like 4psi.

i think i will need a bigger tank if i want it to last between fill ups.

Every 1/4 mile pass in a turbo buick is between a 1/4" and 1/2" of alky used. Not very much. Also the Alky is cheap from Home depot.

your not following me, if i run the higher boost i will need the water injection anytime i get past 1/4 throttle because the whipple makes alot of boost down low. that means i will want to be injecting alot of the time.

i think i will just try it and see how long the bottle lasts. i am still doubtfull that it will let me go from 6 to 11psi just with the injection but that would be cool if i could.

The amount of spray is adjustable, so u can tune it how ever u want. If u are towing and not at WOT then lower the amount of spray. Set it to come on at 4 psi on the #3 setting and u should be fine. MAx it out at 10 when u are racing. These are NOS nozzles so u can replace and tune it the way u like. Ever think about dished pistons. Maybe a little less compression will help, pull some timing that will help too.

i am at 9.4-1 compresion now, if i ever break a piston i will probably get some forged 9.0-1's. my timing is only around 15deg now and that seems to be working prety good.

do you have these kits ready to ship? do you take credit cards or paypal?

They only take about 7-10 days to get after I order. Measure everything and I can order the kit with additional lengths of hose and wiring.

thanks anyways.

The intercooler will help alot, but I would still use the injection system. You will be able to run alot more timing and make more power. More boost and more timing = <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
Also in the summer the injection will really help.I only make 12.00 off the kit so this not a hard sell, just thought I could help.

I believe the bottle is 15" high X 6" wide. Its very close to these deminsions. If you have electric fans the bottle can be mounted to the front on either side of them. Or mount it on the front right battery box area above the pcm.
