Default WTF different O2 connectors/part number?

I ordered 2 front O2 sensors for the passenger and driver side from sparkplugs.com, only had one part number for fronts which was the denso 234-4012. Well after crawling my *** under the truck and disconnecting the passenger side, it has a box shape connector where as the ones I ordered have an oval type connector. The driver side has the oval connector so only one of the 2 I purchased will work. WTF is up with GM, why couldnt they use the same type of connector from both sides Does any one know if there is a different part number for the passenger side for the Denso?

I am contemplating the thought that when I had the headers put on, the shop may have used the rear O2 sensor on either side in place where the front one should have been plugged into the pace setters. I have no cats. However I looked under the truck and dont see the rear O2 sensors. I should see them floating around some where even though they are not plugged in or being used for my no cats system. Can any one answer me this...which O2 sensors have the box shape plug adaptor and the oval shaped plug adaptor?

Any one know off hand if my truck should have square or oval plug adaptors for the O2 sensors, to inlude the front and rear, passenger and driver side? I think when the shop did the headers, they may have used the wrong sensor for one of the sides that are plugged into the catless headers
