After putting the truck into drive or reverse it will go about 15 feet and then it dies, but if you keep the foot on the brake it will run. I am clueless on this matter I have no idea what is going on and why it is doing this. Can anyone help?

maybe because we dont know that in the hell is wrong there buddy. You want me to make something up? Ok, its your dual-calibration module causing vibration on your harmonic balancer valve. So change all of that and you'll be good.

no ses light, all the line and connections are on. I just put a 6.0 with all the bolts on and had the pcm reprogrammed. I think that it might have something to do with the progamming but i am not sure.

Hey, I had this problem when I ingested some water because it burned up my maf. Try disconnecting it and start it, let it run for a sec, shut it off and start it again. Thats how I got mine to stay running. Just remember you will have no acceleration and it will shift like a harder tow/haul mode.
