I know your a truck guy that is why I asked about the s-10. Light weight , extended cab have a little bit of room inside and you still can haul stuff. Please do not take my question as trying to pick a fight just curious.

I say give us a 10's 2500hd , there are a few already in the 11's although they are duramax diesel's. after posting on the durability of the t-case the other day I have done some more research on the driveline and so far the only part of the 2500hd driveline that guys are breaking is the tie rods and those aren't hard at all to replace and someone has already come out with a much stronger replacement. From what I can tell the extra weight is not that hard to get rid of and a little weight in the rear is gonna help with hooking anyway.

You can see the guts of the diff here when I was figuring out what went wrong with mine. Just make sure to find out if it has the 11.5 or not.
