Default will 3000 stall work?

just bought a vinci 216/224 .551 115lsa cam, will the yank 3000 stall work good? Is there really that big of a difference in the 3000 and 3200, cause the price diff. says it is. Just wondering its like $200 diff

i believe the 3200 is billet and is smaller diam that means it will be lighter have quicker revs, better launch more str. and all and all its more towards raceing. The 3000tt is for a daily driver looking for a good launch . and fun on the street . both should let you run a cam . if your looking for the lowest 1/4 mile et you will want the 3200. if not the tt3000 will do fine . imo

If you are looking for a nice converter on a budget, the tt3000 will work well. If you want all out performance go with the 3200.

TT3000 will be just fine with the Trucker in a 5.3...last time I spoke with Roger Vinci he told me that he actually runs a TT2600 in his 5.3 with the trucker

2600 would do just fine, but I'd go with the 3k. I've driven tdrumm's truck many times, which had a smaller Vinci cam (the asp kicker, 210/218 .551/.551 112), and he had a TT3000 and it was a very tight converter. I had the truck for a week, driving to and from work, and I could barely even tell that there was a converter in there, just my .02
