Just wondering what needs to be converted and if it is even possible to use all the sensors from the 06 motor and use it in the 2000 full size. Do i need to use the 2000 wiring harness or can i just use all the 06 stuff. Please help

use the 00 wiring harness and I would use the sensors off the 00 motor since you know htey work. It can be done easily. You would need to use your cable throttle body cause the 06 has the drive by wire tb and that aint goign to work.

 

but other than that everything should work same as stock?
I wont have to cut and splice all the sensors or anything like that right?

Yes everything plugs in no splicing just need a custom tune which you can run the 6L off your stock tune but no WOT runs or anything like that till you get it tuned right. I recommend Nelson Performnace to do your tuning he is a sponsor here and has done an awesome job with my truck.
