Why I hate you bastards...

...yet love you at the same time. Here is what is sitting in my shop right now.

2003 LQ4 with 13,500 miles on it. Had a tapping noise which is suspected to come from the valvetrain which I am planning on replacing on anyway with the cam. Added with the 150 shot of nitrous...I should be in good shape performance wise!

Who cares about tapping? My truck makes more noise every month because I beat on it. Noise is a good thing, because that means you are putting it to good use, instead of driving it slow. Then one day you'll look back and say, "Well it didn't last long, but I enjoyed it." Or you could be the guy that says, "Well it lasted a long time, but I didn't enjoy any of it."
Ok seriously now, I hope you can get rid of the tapping.

I'm not too worried about the tapping since they seem pretty common on these engines. I'm almost postive that the valvetrain is the culprit but I won't know for sure until I get inside of it...
