Default Why do turbos like reverse split cams?

I used to know the theory behind it, but have managed to forget it like a lot of other automotive knowledge. I know why n/a and s/c engines like a standard split, but this one eludes me. Appreciate the help!

Creates higher exhaust velocity from what I understand...

Turbos force air in as well as out.
