i did hit it with a steathascope, sounds loudest under the pasenger valve cover.

i redid all my vacume lines and i still have no boost control. i can unhook the lines or just one or the other line to the waste gate and there is no effect at all. i am going to have to pull it off and do some bench testing on it.

have you tried just one straight line from the manifold to the bottom side of the waste gate?? and did you ever finish the hole for the waste gate you said you had some more material to move or something when you put it on.

no i didn't clean it out yet. yes i tried no line, a line from the charge pipe to the bottom and then just to see i tried just one line to the top. the line to the top should have pushed up my boost. the hole in the pipeing is at least twice as big as before.

things are coming along.

got the boost controler figured out. i am an idiot. the waste gate has vacume ports on both sides, so 2 top and 2 bottom. i didn't see the other set. i pluged those extra holes and now it kicks ***.

i tried some settings diferent settings on my boost controler and it is working great now.

off = 9.9psi
10% = 11.1
20% = 12.8
30% = 15.3
40% = 17.2
50% = 19.8

thats as high as i went, before i would see 17-18psi with the cut out closed so i have prety good control now. the waste gate also has an adjustable spring on it so i can tighten it up if i do hit a top psi. then if that isn't enough i can slap a stronger spring in there. i can prety much pick my boost now.

9.9psi minimum is prety good i'd say. i still need to hog out the area where i welded on the waste gate pipes too, with that done i bet the min boost goes even lower.

lag is not a problem anymore, i just hit it with a 100shot out of the hole. i am using the mega to control my nitrous and it works great.

the mega acts as.

a wot switch(90% thrrotle turns on nitrous)
a window switch(turning on nitrous at 2200rpm, off at 6500rpm)
a boost window switch(anti lag, kills nitrous at any preset boost level, 8psi right now)
and it adds fuel for me thru the stock injectors.

it really works well i have it programed and wired up so i dont need the laptop to run it. just flip a switch in my council and it does the rest.
