03 edit! nice. i hope i can have it added to my 97-02 ls1 cable for my car.

there should be a ton of power left. if the truck is anything like the f-body and vette, 20 is an easy gain with some timing and lean it to 12.9 or 13.0

i cant even view a truck tune with my edit software to see what can be changed.

I am in tampa. I was just curious about where people were going, I intend on becoming a sponsoring vendor just waiting on the website guy to finish his job. I do primarily vettes and camaros but I was talked into getting the package for the 01-3 trucks because this company needed someone good with programming to handle all their needs. I do not advertise and was considering splitting with them so I wanted to see what the market is like. I have the tools and just wanted to get into the truck market. How many people are even hopping up their trucks? I have had very good results with LS1's (stk to 707RWHP, 383LQ4SS a moderator on this board) and even better with the trucks because they run on 87.
Yes it is possible to get 20 RWHP just from a mild tune on a STOCK truck. YES that is dialing in the LT trims, TQ mngmt, shift points, line pressure, codes, spark knock, etc However I do alot of playing with the trannie other features. If I can help anyone please pm me or email.
I feel that 13.3 is the ideal def not too lean. NO PROBLEM THERE.
There is a thread on "timing control via pcm" that the moderator posted for NOS timing control please check it out in the N20 section.
I hope I have not stepped over any bounds about not being a sponsor. I will very shortly be joing the ranks.

Jeremy

I would love to have more business, but the only people I have found was nelson's and westers for the trucks. I saw a thread on westers I can certainly speak for the guys at there, they are very knowledgeable. I just would like to where people are sending their boxes for the trucks. I can definitely setup an agressive tune and I will gladly help people that will not even buy anything from me that have edit, basically I just want people to know that i can help and I am out here to do so. (I also do tune them) If anyone wants to pick my brain feel free to contact me.

Jeremy - How much power do you think there is going from 12:1 to 13.3:1 ? The truck is running good now but, if I can pick up 10hp or so I wouldn't mind doing some more tuning.

I wish I could run a few more degrees of timing but, 23 seems to be the max for me. Anymore than that and the KR rises respective to the raise in timing.

Thanks

John

Jeremy, email me at ynot_dv8@hotmail.com when you are ready to become a sponsor here. Our rates are very reasonable. Until then, please remove the sales related statements and contact info from your signature though, those are against site policy.

Thanks

Tony

Jeremy, do you do dyno tunes? i've been toying with the idea of getting larger injectors and completely doing away w/ the whipple piggyback style computer and aux injectors. thinking about a 50-100hp nx wet shot as an early christmas present to myself also. i'm in georgia so i could bring the truck to your shop. think you could hook it up for me? i like my custom predator but the crazy *** idle and little bugs in the tune really **** me off . no more mail-order programming for me, i'm ready to put it on a dyno/wideband and get it right
