Who are you guys getting tuned by?

Just curious about where you truck guys were getting these things reprogramed? I have the 01-03 unlimited VINs and have been able to pull 21,22,& 25RWHP in back to back dynos just by converting to 93 octane and sending according amounts of timing.

Right now, I can't find anyone in Florida to do a custom EDIT tune on my truck. Looks like I'm going to have to buy EDIT and go from there.
Where are you located?

hell ya, there's a lot of power in the trucks,
they are very detuned and the respond very well to bumping the timing and correcting a/f ratio, not to mention removing TM is like a whole other tune for the trucks,
after i tune them, they always gain at least two tenths in the 1/4, that is at least, i've seen 4 tenths on one truck, not sure it the weather was helping out that day or what, but it loved it.

FarmTruc - What do you shoot for on the A/F ratio? Mine is at 12:1 pretty much across the board. I've been kinda leary to go leaner but, I bet there is some power still left there. Also, my truck doesn't like anymore than 23° of timing up top or it starts showing KR. What type of timing do you get before KR sets in?
Thanks

For a/f ratio on my truck (ls1) i'm running 13.3:1. Some may say that's a tad to lean, but i have no KR and it runs great. My timing never goes above 30degs at WOT. On most trucks they usually don't need or can't take more than 26-28degs (that's a big increase over stock), after that i see KR and plus i don't think there's any power left above that anyway.
Don't forget about TM, removing that really makes the truck feel 100% better.
(not trying to sell anything, just letting you guys know there's a lot of power left in your trucks)
thanks,
allen
