Anyone in the Houston area stock the vette servo kits? How much? I need to stiffen this thing up but don't want to install the transgo kit yet.

 

Bah, no rain at HRP right now.........no rain here either....radar shows it all moving north.......humidity is only 62% here and 70% at baytown........I can't decide lol

 

Hell, I am not going to HRP. I worked on the truck this morning but have done no preparations for the strip. Prolly go next sunday after I get a servo in it.

Yeah, No problem dude. I will get an exact price tomorrow and let you know. Today on the phone the guy told me it was around $18-19 before tax so I figure $22 or so. Also He said it doesn't come with any seals or o-rings and that you can use the originals if you are careful taking it all out. I will give you a holla tomorrow afternoon.

 

Thanks Vortec5300 $22 is fine. I really appreciate your help. I can't find performance parts in my area anywhere. Also I was wondering has anyone here done this mod, and what do you all think of using this with the HPP3 shift improver?

 

Yeah Alan he sells the whole kits with everything. Make sure not to damage the seals, the slightest nick, scratch and the tranny will not shift. It is worth the money to buy the KIT...It will be alot of work to do it and it not shift and you have to do it again, you will have wished you bought the all the ****. Yes it works well with the HPP3 with shift firmness on. It won't bark the tires but it is better than nothing...
