Diesel mufflers are your friend... Summit makes a pretty cheap free flowing 4in muffler for diesels... I've had trouble finding exhaust shops that won't charge an *** load to do 4in... 3in seems to be the "normal" max lol...

I'm looking to do a single 4in on my turbo 5.3

 

I'm running a single 3" corsa cat back on mine.I added a magnaflow in front of my corsa because I have no cats. Est. flywheel is 580 hp 605 tq.
