Default Who owners a whipple for there truck.

I was just wondering how many people own a whipple for there trucks? I have a whipple and I'm fairly happy with it but wish it was intercooled.
How much boost is every body running on there whipple?

C'mon, man! Send Jesse a list of all your stuff, and get that pcm in there! It should be mighty awful close, at least close enough to be able to drive your truck. Then, get some kind of wide band info. If there's some kind of event close, like Hot Rod Nats (at Springfield, I think), or Super Chevy show, or something like that, you could get on a mobile chassis dyno, and get some numbers.

whipple here. still learning how to tune the thing. hptuners. borrowed a tune from a board member with a radix. solved ALL of my KR issues.

i've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on tunes and all i had to do was load a stock radix tune to get close. that's nice.

I'm running 7psi non-intercooled right now, but am in the process of working on an air-air intercooler. I haven't made much progress on it yet, just schematics so far.

I have a Whipple on my truck. Its pushing out 8psi non-intercooled. Sure would love to get an intercooler on it tho. If anyone develops a kit I might be in the market for one fairly soon.

I guess as far as speed goes JoeJoe has the fastest Whipple powered truck.(11.85@114) Does anybody run faster than joejoe with a whipple powered truck?

Im running a whipple at 10psi, with an alky injection kit. Got it dyno'ed and its pushing 409hp at the wheels. Jason at TexasSpeed in lubbock dyno'ed and tuned it for me. I really like the whipple and how much power it gives instantly, but you can only do so much with it. Where as a turbo, u can add a boost controller and crank up the boost some when you got a race you GOTTA win

Stats:
5.3L 4x4
Whipple Supercharger
Alky Control injection kit
Comp Cam, Camshaft
Rebuilt 4L60E w/ stall + shift kit
Electronic Exhaust Cutouts
4.10 gears
Ram Air Hood (doesn't really help to much I dont think, but it cools the air ENTERING the SC just a little )
