Default who makes tb adaptors?

I have a NW 92mm 4 bolt TB that I need to install on the truck intake with a 3 bolt. Looking for an adaptor, would be cool if it was a wet plate too. Not much luck finding one..................

I think Magnacharger used to make them. Not sure if they do anymore though.

No one makes what you’re looking for. Kenne Bell has an adapter for a 78mm throttle body, as their superchargers come with a 90mm flange, but not the other way around. A while back I was looking for the same thing, as I figured it would be an easy way to add a 90mm LS2 throttle body to my Radix without replacing the J-Tube. In my case I didn’t want it tapered like a regular adapter, I just wanted the bolt pattern adapted. I figured I could get a nitrous plate and kill two birds with one stone so to speak and would open up the J-Tube to match. I did get a response back from two of our vendors that said that they would be interested in building one, Rick from Trick and Dave from Nitrous Outlet. While on the surface it would seem easy enough to do, the inner passages of the nitrous plate could interfere with drilling the upper bolt hole necessary for the 78mm pattern.

All that aside, if your just looking to put on a larger throttle body without enlarging the opening behind it, you are not going to accomplish a lot still having one hell of a restriction.

my thoughts exactly.

Yes the TB is larger which should mean more air = More power however if the opening behind it is not increased TOO then it defeats the purpose.

Did ya tell NW what you wanted to do & what does he do in this instance as far as who he gets adaptors from? Or can he recommend a vendor?

Restriction aside, if Trick or KB can't help you, try Wilson Manifolds.

Well I'm looking down the road also, I'm going to be swapping intakes again.
The NW tb that I have doesn't have the middle bolt hole drilled like some that I have seen and thats the problem I don't want to drill it. I think if I drill and counter sink that upper middle bolt in the nitrous plate and tighten that to the intake then use the 4 bolts to secure the plate and tb to the intake it should work and the tb would be unmolested.

As stated above, there is no point(except for show) in installing the NW TB until you get a larger manifold. I'd expect that is why no one makes an adapter. Just get a plate for the 78mm if you want to add nitrous.

Is the tvs1900 intake tube a 3bolt or 4bolt design? I bought a 4bolt ls2 throttle body and wanted to put it on my lm7 in the mean time but the bolt pattern is different, and according to you guys it wouldnt do much with the truck intake anyway.
