the 5.3 can be bored out to a 5.7 for 343 ci, all you would need is just the LS 5.7 pistons.
the 5.3 / 5.7 / 6.0 all use the same crank and rod length. only the 4.8 is shorter.

with the 5.3 punched out to a 5.7 and use a aftermarket 4.0 inch crank you will come close to a small block 383.
add the 6.0 heads, a good cam and you will have a monster on your hands that will kill a stock 4L60e in a few runs.

If it's only bored to the 5.7 liter specs then the 4" crank gives you the 377 you're looking for!!! 5.3 can be bored safely to 3.903 and with the 4" crank that makes you a 383!! It's the exact same thing I did!! Which will be installed soon by the way

Why the heck do you capitalize every first letter of every word? I feel like I'm reading a ransom note or something.

The stock bore on an 5.7 LS1 is 3.898 with a 4.000 stroke you only get 382ci Bored to 3.903 with 4.000 stroke you get 383ci. Stock 5.3 bore is 3.779 with 4.000 crank gives you 359ci.
