Question Who does tunes in SoCal?

I need a tune....real bad man.

I've got an '07 GMC Sierra 2500HD with the 6.0 that has so much torque control management that it's just killing this engine.

It's a dog until about 3000 rpm, then it takes off, then it shifts, pulling back the timing until 3000 rpm again.

Then if you go to pass someone on the highway, you step on the gas, wait, let it down shift, now go! I have to change my whole way of driving.

Who in SoCal does tunes for these new trucks. From what I understand, the computers are different and there is a separate computer for the trans.

Help me.

There's also Doug at LAPD (Los Angeles Performance Division) but I don't know how what would be so different between the new ones and the old ones, with HP tuners you can access all the computers. He's doing my truck as we speak. Let me know if you want their number.
btw they are in the SFvalley, in chatsworth...LA is kinda big!

GM changed the computers in the new trucks. I don't know if new software is needed to get into these things. As cool as HP Tuners sounds, I don't need all that software, I just need 1 good tune.

Help me man, I'm Jonesin' for a good running truck!

Oh yeah, I'll take their number from you.
