Any one running Whipple superchargers. I have a 99 5.3 silverado with one. Haven't run it to get any times yet. Wondering if anyone had knows what are the best mods to go with the blower. I'm thinking a converter and water injection so i can get up to 11 psi or so <img src="gr_eek2.gif" border="0">

i there are several people on that board running a whipple, check some of their sigs etc to see what else they have.

and just to get your opinion what to you like and dislike about the whipple? i am getting a 99+ 5.3 as soon as i find one i want (found one at classic chevy in dfw but it sold <img src="gr_sad.gif" border="0"> ) and plan to put a whipple or nitrous on it - what are your thoughts. sorry if this doesnt help any but im sure some how through that post you will find some information.

 

I'll be putting one on my 8.1 Suburban this week and then have a 5.3 Avalanche coming in for an install in a few weeks. I'll post results from both of them.
