Default whipple ???

What would be the max psi I could run on A non-intercooled whipple supercharger.I want to run at least 8psi.Would that be possible?I want to be able to run with some hemi powered dodge trucks running locally.I want to do it with my 4.8 just because it might make the mighty hemi owners feel a little bad.

I wouldn't go over 10 psi on your 4.8 I cracked a piston at 12 psi on my 4.8. If you built your motor or just thought it would handle the boost you could run 13-15psi with alky injection. I guess its all in what you want hope this helped.
