Did relocating the vac hose solve the problem? I'd also like to see pics of your IC. Were did you mount it?

Sounds like you have things pretty well covered. I misread you before.

The only thing I can think of, is that you're running VERY rich - even though the 02's don't really say that.

I mounted mine just under the passengerside rear door between the body mounts. I mounted it at about a 15* angle, down towards the rear, and then built a scoop to tunnel the air up through it. Looks cool not sure how its going to work yet. Ill get some pics soon and send you one.

It sounds like its mounted the same way i did. In fact i just finished putting the scoop on. Does it look like this?

Close, but mine actually encloses the whole IC. But looks like we had the same idea!!

Mine is a little bigger and has a screen gaurd on the intake. I do a lot of off-roading to I was worried about flying rocks.
