What's the pouch haging off my OE Intake Tube?
Durring a Flex-a-Lite 292 install on my 03 Z71 I had to pull the intake tube. What in the world is that resivour or pouch that hangs off of it for?

A lot of people cut it off and plug the hole that's left. Just makes it a bit more throat'y when you get on it.
