I would go for heads. Even if you go the "cheap" route and grab a set of 243's, get them milled a bit, IMO it's one of those things that will make everything else work a little better (your cam and LT's should benefit, and actually should give you a little more power from the higher flowing heads).

 

They're in my garage wrapped in plastic. Or are you asking what I did to them before the took refuge?

As in a valve job or milled or mild port work?
