I would go for heads. Even if you go the "cheap" route and grab a set of 243's, get them milled a bit, IMO it's one of those things that will make everything else work a little better (your cam and LT's should benefit, and actually should give you a little more power from the higher flowing heads).

If I remember correctly, dual gold springs, titanium rods, and the was something else... I can look it up when I get home.
