like it ses im trying to get the engine running and it wont crank over so my engine guy is looking into a bunch of **** .....he sees a blue wire from the engine harness with a black connector going into the cab infront of the fuse block semi thick deep blue wire with black connector...

what does this go to??

 

not a blue wire but actually its a blue taped three wire setup....
